Interaction Designer

Mission: Increase vaccination uptake for children while improving efficiency of Child Health Information Services (CHIS) teams.

Led discovery phase exploring CHIS operations, shadowed users to identify pain points, and designed a survey results app to help stakeholders understand user challenges. Created user journey mapping for vaccination challenges.

Envisioned product strategy, executed design and development, conducted user research on t-shirt buying decisions, designed prototypes, and developed supplier relationships with automated supply chain workflows.

Mission: Reduce time and effort in appeals process for denied claims while standardizing responses.
